Daily Trojan

The Daily Trojan, or "DT," is the official student newspaper of the University of Southern California. Several writers for the Daily Trojan have gone on to highly visible positions in media outlets, most prominently Art Buchwald.

Former sports editor Arash Markazi now writes for Sports Illustrated. Former general columnist Brendan Loy has recently achieved fame with his personal blog IrishTrojan.com, particularly for his coverage of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath. Former columnist Dara Purvis contributes articles to the liberal breaking news website RawStory.com.
