Dahlia is an X Japan song composed by the drummer and pianist Yoshiki Hayashi and released as a single on February 26, 1996. It would later become the name and the first track of their final album released that same year, Dahlia. The first appearance was on December 30, 1994 at the Tokyo Dome being the fourth track of their Blue Night concert, since that time the song kept on appearing on most of their performances including The Last Live. This was one of the last hard songs by X Japan and composed by Yoshiki. The single also included a live version of Tears from thei X Japan Returns live on December 31, 1993 this version of Tears also appeared on the Live Live Live Tokyo Dome 1993-1996.

Dahlia is used in the song lyrics as a double acronym for:

"Destiny Alive Heaven Love Innocence Always Destroy Aftermath Hell Life Infinite"
