[edit] Game Division

I think there needs to be a better split between what sections are refering to Morrowind and what are refering to Oblivion. The vast majority do seem to relate to Oblivion, but why then are there references to trapping Vivic's soul? (Which I think you can actually do in a greater soul gem). Or why refer to the wizard in Dagon Fel having the Masque of Clavius Vile if it's only there on a different game? Morgrim 00:07, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

Agreed. The article should be split into at least two, if not three sections to define between games. And possibly renamed- calling it "Daedric Artifacts" leads to speculation over what all should be included in the article. --AK-17 20:38, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

I think the title is ok as it is, but I agree that it is somewhat debatable what should go in or not. I think the 'History, Morrowind, Oblivion' format for each article works a lot better than the slightly confusing mingling that was there before. Should the location of artifacts in Daggerfall be added as well?
Oh, I added the Morrowind location and quest for Spell Breaker, and decided to rewrite that section to make it flow a bit better. Morgrim 14:18, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks, it does flow better. I have no personal experience of Daggerfall, so I'll leave that up to those who do. --AK-17 20:57, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Naming of the Daedra

I've been looking at the edits for this page and one thing that gets tossed back and forth is whether to call Daedra such as Azura a Daedric Prince or a Daedric Princess. This isn't helped by the fact that some such as Mephala are hermaphrodites. There is a link here- http://til.gamingsource.net/book_daedra/index.shtml#daedric_princes to an article on what they should be called (although it debates mainly Daedric vs Daedra). It also has a link to an interview by a game developer, the closest I could get to an offical and sited source.

So, long story short- should ones like Azura be named Daedric Princess depending on how the individual appears or should it be Daedric Prince across the board? Morgrim 20:27, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

I'm going to support Daedric Princess. Although Azura is occasionally referred to as male, the general common idea (many books support this) is that Azura is female. --AK-17 20:55, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sanguine "Equipment" from Morrowind

Some add the Sanguine Items that you had to collect for the Morag Tong somewhere in here. I don't mean every single item, just as one collective section and maybe a list. They are from Sanguine's "sphere", so I feel they are noteworthy. BishopTutu 04:45, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
