Częstochowa County

Częstochowa County (Polish: powiat częstochowski ) is a powiat (county) in Poland, in Silesian Voivodeship. The county seat is the city of Częstochowa and the powiat includes the area around it, but not the city itself which forms its own separate urban powiat. The population numbers 133,762 (2005). Its area is 1519.49 km².
