My name is Cyrus (aka "curve-killer"). Im 17 years old. Im a Junior at University of Houston. Im studying Business Pre-Law. I run a website called Predatorix which is dedicated to educating the public about Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) and Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMIC) as well as Predatory lending. I am also a member of Commercial Mortgage Securities Association. This username has been banned so my new username is CyrusR.
