Cyrus Ghahremani is a heavy metal guitarist and songwriter. In addition to his experience in thrash metal, he has more recently delved into performance and session recording in jazz, blues, and classical music.

[edit] History

Ghahremani was born February 11, 1987 in Evanston, Illinois, United States. He stayed in Chicago until his move to San Diego, California in 2000. He is self-taught and proficient in guitar, bass, drums, synth, and rock vocal performance.

In the Winter of 2003, Ghahremani formed the band Autobomb. Boasting a large catalogue of songs (including tracks written as early as 1997), the group has incarnation performed several sold-out performances, including the massive 2005 Vans Warped Tour. They have since released the March of Death EP, which faced successful sales and much press due to Ghahremani's decision to give profits to the New Orleans Restoration Fund.

He is currently overseeing production of the Autobomb full-length album, Mirror Mirror.
