[edit] About My Favorite Television Series

I have three favorite television series: Make Your Own Kind Of Music (below), Futurama, and Good Times.

[edit] Make Your Own Kind Of Music

In the summer of 1971, the Carpenters had their own television show called "Make Your Own Kind Of Music." They performed a lot of songs from their previous 3 albums, including "Rainy Days and Mondays, (Interpretations)" "(A Place To) Hideaway, (Close To You: Remembering the Carpenters)" or "We've Only Just Begun (Interpretations)."

They had many guest stars, such as Al Hirt, Mark Lindsay, the New Doodletown Pipers, Herb Alpert, Jose Feliciano, and Don Knotts. They had letters from A to Z, and they performed a skit for each letter. For example, Y is for You, N is for Next [Week's Guest], B is for Bacharach [Medley], C is for Carpenters, etc.

Where'd I get this information from?
