Cutthroat (Daniel "Danny" Leighton) is a fictional character, a supervillain in the Marvel Universe who first appeared in Marvel Team-Up vol. 1 #89. He is also the brother of Diamondback.

Danny Leighton is an assassin as well as a former member of the Skeleton Crew and the Savage Crims. He had a brief affair with Mother Night and later, while joined in the "competition" to become the Red Skull's chief assassin. He defeated both Mangler and Deathstroke and try to gain vengeance on the latter for killing his brother and being one of the rapists of his sister. However, Crossbones retalliated and slit his throat where it seemed he was seemingly killed. However, unknown circumstances show that he is alive and was an inmate in the Raft where he escasped with a lot of other convicts. He was later recaptured.
