Cut In Half and Also Double is an extremely rare album by Canadian artist Emily Haines which she self-released in 1996. Copies are sold on Ebay, and tend to go for somewhere in the multi-hundred dollar range. The song "Carpet" bears a resemblance to a song later recorded by Metric, "Too Little, Too Late".

Though the band had originally asked fans that had gained access to this album to hold back on releasing it via the internet, or copying originals and distributing them, this solo disc has shown a fast incline online.
