Hard to see why the "Move on Up" track needs its own article, so I'm suggesting a merge. -- Mikeblas 23:14, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Please see the list of notable songs, it's listed on the M-L list. More infomation, including a infobox, sould be coming soon. Please don't merge. - Rocket000 08:09, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

I don't understand why the "importance" tag was removed; the article hasn't yet been improved to establish the notability of the song. It never charted, and wasn't released as a single. The Kayne West remake wasn't released as a single and didn't chart, either. -- Mikeblas 14:03, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
You're right, I'm not too sure why the song is listed as a "notable song" (I didn't make the list). However, the song did chart in the UK at #12 [1] and made it on a few greatest hit albums. I didn't look this up, but the song also should have been on some list like Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Songs of All Time" to make it on the Notable Song list. Anyway, I'm not sure what to do with this page. I still think it should have it's own page, but as the article stands right now, it's not much. Your welcome to put back the importance tag if you think it needs it. About the merge, I guess just wait for someone else's input. - Rocket000 17:34, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
Oh, there you go. I was looking at the Billboard.com lists. -- Mikeblas 19:52, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
It is cerainly a "notable song," although if the article on it is all that's going to be said about it, then it should be merged. Srsrsr 17:45, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
