Cunter (Romansch, in German: Conters im Oberhalbstein) is a village in the Albula district of the Swiss Canton of Graubünden.
It lies on the road to the Julier Pass, between Tiefencastel and Savognin.
The municipality had 215 inhabitants in 2005, its surface area is 7.11 km².
