The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California is a continuing education facility; a branch campus of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Its campus is located at the old Greystone Winery, which was originally a co-operative winery founded in 1889.

Their programs include a 30 week Baking and Pastry certificate program, a 30 week Wine Studies program, and an assortment of Culinary Arts programs for students who have met some basic requirements. Not all the students attending are required to have an undergraduate degree, however. Some students are sent by corporations to hone their skills or to learn a particular type of cuisine. Other students are seeking a specialized certificate in a particular discipline. In other words, a custom curriculum.

The faculty includes some of the most talented and recognized names in the Restaurant, Food and Wine industry. Many people visiting this campus remember it as The Christian Brothers Cellars, where Brandy and Sparkling wine was made. The building(s) have a rich history, which encompasses the booms and the busts of the wine industry in the Napa Valley. The facility includes student housing which currently accommodates 36 students in a total of 18 rooms. A 15,000 square foot (1,400 m²) "open kitchen" is the "crown jewel" and most progressive work space occupying half of the third floor of this continually renovated building.
