CTER, Curriculum, Technology, and Education Reform, is the name of an Online Master's of Education degree for practicing teachers and administrators with a focus on educational technologies. This online program offers an opportunity to earn a coherent, high-quality masters degree online, with most of the interactions through personal computers and Internet connections at home or at local schools. CTER is composed of eight online courses that meet requirements for a Master's of Education degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
