The CS EMMS-Suite is a Enterprise Content Management System in the widest sense. On one single webbased platform the CS EMMS-Suite unites Content Management (for web, print, CD-ROM and mobile applications), Cross Media Publishing / Database Publishing / Single Source Publishing, Customer Relationship Management, Product Information Management, Catalog Management, One-to-One communication and many other aspects of marketing and sales.

The CS EMMS-Suite has developed to this modular suite from a simple Web Content Management system, which was first distributed in 2000. As a spin off company of a publishing house the manufacturer ContentServ laid a special focus on the publishing functionalities of the system - not only for the internet, however. Fastly the Web Content Management Solution became bigger and was equipped with ever more functionalities that were not subject to Web Content Management anymore. By 2006 the CS EMMS-Suite, as the system was named in 2004, consisted of 10 integrated main products and more than 25 adding modules. All of the components can be combined freely to create one wholistic solution for any purpose in creative marketing and sales.
