Cryptarrhena is a genus of orchids (family Orchidaceae) with about 4 species. It is the only genus comprised by the tribe Cryptarrheneae.

The genus Orchidofunckia A.Rich. & Galeotti is generally considered a synonym of Cryptarrhena.
