Cruise Blues is the ninth episode of the English dub of the anime series Sailor Moon.

Serena (voiced by Tracey Moore) hears about a cruise ship for lovers and immediately wants onboard. She enters a competition where if she gets a yellow ball, she wins tickets, and repeatedly loses. Raye (Katie Griffin) sees the contest, scolds Serena, and enters. On her first try, she wins, which makes Serena furious as Raye used her psychic abilities to cheat. Instead of giving Serena the extra ticket, which she wants badly, she gives it to Amy (Karen Bernstein). Serena, still determined, uses the Luna Pen to disguise herself as a photographer and sneaks on board. Once on board, Serena and Luna realize that the cruise liner is under the influence of Jedite (Tony Daniels) and his new sidekick, Titus. Before Jedite can accomplish his plans, Sailor Moon appears, foils them and (with the help of Mars and Mercury) destroys Titus, saving all of the couples on the cruise ship. Later, Serena and Raye argue over who gets to take Tuxedo Mask (Rino Romano) on their next cruise, while Jedite vows that Sailor Moon will pay if he survives Queen Beryl's (Naz Edwards) wrath.
