Crucial Conflict

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Crucial Conflict is a Chicago rap group best known for their 1996 single "Hay" from the album "The Final Tic". The group members are Coldhard, Wildstyle, Kilo and Never. They frequently collaborate with fellow Chicago rappers Do or Die and Twista. Their newest song is Barn Fire.

Crucial Conflict put Chicago on the map. With great raps, they were compared to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, with who they ended up having beef. When the smash hit "smoking on hay" dropped, it sparked the sales of their album Final Tic, which ended up selling over 3 million copies worldwide. The group was managed by Fab 5 Freddie who had a large hand in ending their careers. To this day Crucial Conflict is still under contract with Fab 5 Freddie, they're under a 3 million dollar contract. P.Diddy says that Fab 5 Freddie will get his day and he promises that.
