The Baja Rattlesnake or Lower California Rattlesnake (Crotalus enyo) is a medium sized species of venomous rattlesnake native to the coast and islands of northwestern Mexico. There are three recognized subspecies, though one, C. e. cerralvensis, is in some dispute among taxonomists. They are known to eat lizards, small mammals, and large centipedes. They are sexually dimorphic, the males being typically larger than the females.
