Crompton Greaves (CG) is an Indian multinational engaged in design, manufacturing, and marketing of products related to power generation, transmission, and distribution.

In 1947, Greaves Cotton & Crompton Parkinson Ltd. was bought by Lala Karamchand Thapar. After the acquisition of the Belgium-based Pauwels Group in May 2005, CG became amongst the top ten electrical transformer manufacturers in the world.
The company has plants in Ahmednagar, Goa, Bhopal and Nasik.
