Cromer is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is the demographic centre of Sydney's Northern Beaches. Cromer belongs to the postcode 2099.

According to the last census, the population of Cromer was 31,461, which is .79% of the total population of Sydney (3,997,337). 69% of people in Cromer are Australian-born, compared to 61% for the wider Sydney area. Of the immigrants, most are from the United Kingdom (7%), then New Zealand (3%), Italy (2%), China (2%) and Philippines (1%).
