Chris Richard or "Chrichard", is an actor and baritone singer who has performed throughout the state of North Carolina. He is perhaps best known for his portayal of Thénardier in "Les Misérables" at The Fair Barn in Pinehurst, NC.
Other notable roles he has performed are as follows:
- Oberon (Sandhills Theatre Company's A Midsummer Night's Dream)
- El Gallo (ENCORE Theatre, Inc.'s The Fantasticks)
- Rueben (Sandhills Renaissance Players' Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat)
- Benvolio (Sandhills Theatre Company's Romeo & Juliet)
Chris was born in Santa Rosa, CA on March 3, 1989 and now resides in Carthage, NC with his family. He is a devout Catholic. At the age of seventeen and as a senior in highschool, he plans to major in Drama at North Carolina School of the Arts, Northwestern University, Elon University, UNC - Greensboro or The Catholic University of America in 2007.
He is also the lead vocalist and bassist for the band, "Erzengel".
