Crib and Rosa was a painting drawn by Abraham Cooper in 1817. It pictured Crib and Rosa, two Old English Bulldogs. Rosa was considered to represent correct formation for bulldog at that time. Through John Scott's engraving, this painting becomes the best-known and most reproduced paintings of dogs from that period. The Old English Bulldog has been extinct. This painting provides the image of this breed.
