[edit] About Me
Hello there, welcome to my user page, I am the one and only Crazy Sussex Lad. I’m a 16 year old male, from Hastings, East Sussex. I originally edited under the name ‘Freshprince’, however my days of when I listened to Will Smith constantly are over and I decided to change my name. I have been on Wikipedia for just over a year now and I’m probably not very well known as I have periods of where I edit loads, the periods where I hardly contribute, most of my edits in Wikipedia have been to do with Football, particularly Non-league football and on locations within the Hastings area. I am currently in my final year at William Parker Sports College and if all goes well in my GCSE’s I hope to stay on in the Sixth form and maybe do University after that. I do help around on the net on various sites, I have been a moderator on various different forums, but these forums haven’t lasted long! I am currently a moderator on the forums at 1066Online and help out a bit on there, check the site out if you’re ever considering visiting Hastings!
[edit] Interests
My main interests are Football, cricket, NBA, NHL, athletics and computer games. I play football for my school and a local team, and I also do someathletics at my local club. However, Basketball and Cricket, I just do for fun really! And the closest i've got to playing ice-hockey is Skate Hockey, which i've done a couple of times at a nearby sports centre.

Automating tasks on Wikipedia
Uploading hundreds of files or changing thousands of pages can be tedious. We allow limited automation unless it interferes with normal systems operations. You always can grab your favorite scripting language and write a bot, but there's no need to reinvent the wheel: take a look at PyWikipediaBot, a quite complex automation framework for Wikipedia. If you are more into Perl, libwww-perl is a very useful library for automating web tasks. If you have tested your bot and intend to run it over a longer period of time, please get in touch with the developers first (preferably using the wikitech-l mailing list). We then can register your bot, so it can be hidden from the list of recent changes.
