The USGS site http://vulcan.wr.usgs.gov/LivingWith/VolcanicPast/Places/volcanic_past_craters_moon.html reports: Established in 1924, Craters of the Moon National Monument celebrated its 75th birthday in 1999. On November 9, 2000, President Clinton issued a proclamation greatly expanding the size of the monument. Vsmith 03:40, 1 Jan 2005 (UTC)

I don't know how made this article but I am surprised and impressed. Nice job. As a native Idahoan I am glad to see some one did such a fine job on one of our National Monuments.
