Craig Reucassel is an Australian television and radio comedian. Prior to gaining fame as a comedian, Reucassel excelled as a student. He was dux of Bowral High School, and achieved a UAI of 99.95, finishing in the top 0.1% of school leavers in the state in his final exams. This saw him win a place in combined law at The University of Sydney (at the time the course with the highest minimum entry score in Australia), where he developed formidable debating skills and competed in the Philip C. Jessup Cup, a prestigious international law mooting competition [1]. Craig is best known for his role on satirical ABC television show CNNNN. He formerly co-hosted the drive radio show Today Today on Triple J with fellow CNNNN cast member Chris Taylor.

Craig honed his humour skills while scooping ice cream every weekend during his high school senior years at a local ice cream parlour [citation needed].

Reucassel's voice is more of a mumble than Taylor's, a trait of his regularly sent up on Triple J's morning show hosted by Jay and the Doctor.[citation needed]

After ending their work on CNNNN Chris and the Chaser team took a break from a major television series before returning with The Chaser's War on Everything.
