Cowichan may refer either to:
- the Cowichan peoples and their dialect of Hul'qumi'num
- the Cowichan Valley, a region on Vancouver Island centred on Duncan, British Columbia and including communities on Cowichan Lake and along the Cowichan River
- the Cowichan sweater, a highly-prized (and expensive) heavy-wool knit animal and geometric patterns made by the women of the Cowichan people, once a standard in BC outdoor wear
