The Covenant Party is a political party in the Northern Mariana Islands, whose platform advocates government and financial reform. At the legislative elections of 1 November 2003 the party won 9 of 18 seats. In the 2005 elections of 5 November, the Covenant Party increased its position as one of the strongest parties on the islands, as its candidate for Governor, Benigno R. Fitial won, and the party received 7 of 18 seats in the House of Representatives and 3 of 9 seats in the Senate.
