[edit] Reverted edits to Muslim
Courageous, I reverted your edits to the Muslim article. You were using the article to present your own view of what Islam is and who a Muslim is. The overall tone was extremely pious. Wikipedia tries to be NPOV, Neutral Point of View, which means doing justice to all widely-held views of an issue, and not taking one religious or political viewpoint.
I should probably also point out that the Muslim article has a history of growing like a weed and competing with the Islam article. We really shouldn't have two articles on the same subject. Therefore Muslim should really just be a pointer to Islam.
There is still lots of work to do on the Islamic articles. New editors tend to gravitate to the main articles, but the real heavy lifting is in the smaller ones. There are many Muslims of note -- jurists, theologians, poets, etc. -- who don't have biographical articles. Work there would be much appreciated. Zora 20:19, 10 September 2005 (UTC)

- It is good to hear that you want to maintain a NPOV, but I would argue that the reference to the Quran is necessary as it explains where the word Muslim comes from. People are entitled to learn the truth.
As I am a Muslim I believe I have a better understanding of Islam than you do and I am commanded not to follow your instruction: "“Therefore listen not to the unbelievers, but strive against them with the utmost strenuousness, with the (Quran)”. "Surah Al-Furqan (25:52)
Also I should give you a warning: "Vain are the deeds of those who reject Our signs as false and to the meeting of the Hereafter. Shall they be recompensed, except according to their deeds?"Surah Al-A’rāf (The Heights) 7:147
The reference to the Shia belief should also be placed in the Shahada and not here as it is misplaced. And the final quote is totally false should be rejected without good references.
And Muslims do not believe that Moses and Isa did not believe in the Muhammad (pbuh) just because he wasn't born yet. In fact there is mention of his coming in the texts (Gospel and Pslams) revealed to them.
[edit] 3RR warning
Hi Courageous, you seem to have violated 3RR at 9/11 conspiracy theories. This says that if we revert to a previous version of a page, in whole or in part, more than three times in 24 hours, we may be blocked from editing for up to 24 hours. I'm leaving this warning for you in case you're not familiar with it. See Wikipedia:Three revert rule for more details. Cheers, SlimVirgin (talk) 10:20, September 11, 2005 (UTC)

- Thankyou for the warning it is good to hear that Wikipedia has some sort of control on the Articles.

- To be able to say that this about the Conspiracy theory addition has a NPOV you must consider that “Osama bin Laden” and Al-Qaeda are accused of being behind 9/11 attacks, the they have not been found ‘guilty’ of committing the attacks. To be neutral is then hence to bring forward evidence to show that a) Al-Qaeda is behind 9/11 or b) The Zionists are behind 9/11. --Courageous 10:32, 11 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Jews against Z/zionism
Nobody has deleted your article. Wikipedia is case sensitive, so Jews against Zionism and Jews against zionism are two different articles. I'm redirecting the first to the second (zionism isn't a proper noun), and copyediting that. Zeimusu | Talk page 14:45, 2005 September 12 (UTC)
[edit] Murdoch
If you continue to make anti-Semitic edits (as well as absurdly false ones), I will apply to have you blocked. Adam 16:20, 12 September 2005 (UTC)
