Dutchess County Route 36 is a signed county route, stretching a short two miles from Dutchess County Route 29 to Dutchess County Route 42. For its entire length, 36 is known as "Hillside Lake Road". When it meets with 29, the "Hillside Lake" name goes to 29, while "route 36" ends. Thirty-six does not intersect with any signed routes.
