Dutchess County Route 28 is a signed county route stretching from Main/Bridge Street in New Hamburg, NY to NY 82 in East Fishkill. From NY 82 to NY 9D, CR-28 is known more popularly as "Old Hopewell Road". West of 9D, 28 is called "New Hamburg Road".
