Suffolk County Route 104 is a county road in Suffolk County, New York. It runs north from County Route 80 in Quogue to New York State Route 24, County Route 63 and County Route 94 in Riverhead. The road was formerly signed as New York State Route 113 until 1972. The NY 113 designation is now used for a state highway in Dutchess County.

Much of Suffolk County Route 104 runs through the David Allen Sarnoff Pine Barrens Preserve, a major New York State Conservation Area, that was once owned by Radio Corporation of America. There is an access point into the Preserve along County Route 104, south of Riverhead.

Evidence of County Road 104's former status as a State Highway can be found at the railroad bridge in Quogue, which carries the Montauk Line of the Long Island Rail Road.

In the 1970's and early-1980's there was also a Suffolk County Road 104A along Oakville Road and Lewis Road. This created a signed connection to the town of East Quogue.
