Leonore Marie Irene Enrica van Oranje-Nassau van Amsberg (born 3 June 2006 in Bronovo hospital in The Hague), Countess of Orange-Nassau, Jonkvrouwe van Amsberg, is the third child of Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, Jonkheer van Amsberg and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands, née Brinkhorst. Leonore weighed 3030 grams (6.6 lb), and was 48 cm (18.9 in) long.

By Royal Decree of 11 May 2001, nr. 227 is determined that all children of Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands will bear the title of Count (Countess) of Orange-Nassau and the predicate Jonkheer (Jonkvrouwe) van Amsberg, and have the surname Van Oranje-Nassau van Amsberg. The titles are hereditary in male lineage.

Leonore has an older sister, Eloise, and an older brother Claus-Casimir. Leonore was baptised on October 8, 2006, like her elder siblings, in the chapel of Het Loo Palace in Apeldoorn. Her godparents are Princess Maxima of the Netherlands, Marius Brinkhorst (brother of Princess Laurentien) and Juliana Guillermo and Count Jean-Charles Ullens de Schoote.

Leonore is currently eighth in line to the Dutch throne.
