Hi Cornellier :) I hope you like the place and choose to stay.

By the way, you may want to explain what a Houdan is at that page, and bolding the title when it first occurs. Thanks! :) Dysprosia 08:59, 6 Feb 2004 (UTC)

[edit] car images

Your images of the Citroën Evasion and Peugeot 405 are great, but they dont have any licensing info. Can you add some so they don't eventually get deleted by someone? --Jamieli 17:56, 12 November 2005 (UTC)

OK thanks for the suggestions, I've added license info.

[edit] SLB IPA

Cornellier, you recently updated the Schlumberger page. Specifically, you added some IPA notation. I originally added the IPA notation as well as the {{convertIPA}} tag. I did this because I have no real background with IPA. I did notice that you used my notation, ʃlʌmbəɹdʒeɪ, (pronounced "in Texas") and added another, ʃlymbɛʁʒe. I primarily used the page, IPA chart for English, to figure the spelling. I was trying to form the phrase: "shlum-bur-zjay" However, I am unable to find symbols you used (specifically y and ʁ) to understand the pronunciation. Also, neither of our entries have any symbols for pauses or emphasis. I am interested in learning the IPA and would appreciate any help. Please could you:

tell me how to pronounce ʃlʌmbəɹdʒeɪ (and how it's different from "in Texas")
confirm there are no other symbols required, (such as " ˈˌːˑ " for emphasis)
note that it is suggested that the Template:IPA is used {{IPA|xxx}} when formating IPA letters as some browsers are unable to handle them, (it is also suggested that IPA words be enclosed in square brackets)

I look forward to your response.
