Corneille the quebecer singer is not born in rwanda. He was born in Fribourg, Germany from rwandese parents. He also said he was born in Germany on radio show "Les Grandes Gueules" on the "Reseau Energie". The reason for the confusion is probably because his parents returned to rwanda shortly after he was born.
