Cory Baxter is a fictional character played by Kyle Massey on comedy television series That's So Raven and the spinoff Cory in the House.

Cory Baxter is the younger sibling of Raven Baxter and the son of Tanya and Victor Baxter. Cory Baxter aspires to be wealthy and is able to speak Chinese and Spanish. He was born in January, 1993. Cory and his dad moved to the White House so his dad could become a personal chef for the President of the United States.

- Frankie Ryan Manriquez...William(14 episodes, 2003-2006), a brainiac, is one of Cory's closest friends and a frequent helper in his many schemes. He also appears in Hannah Montana.
- David Henrie...Larry(8 episodes, 2004-2006) is another friend of Cory's, although he is the less intelligent one of Cory's friends.
- Jordyn Colemon...Cindy(6 episodes, 2004-2006) is Cory's girlfriend.
- Bobb'e J. Thompson...Stanley(9 episodes, 2004-2006) is more Cory's rival than friend, but the two team up on occasion. He is also a con artist.
- Rhyon Nicole Brown..Madison(3 episodes, 2004-2006) is Cindy's best friend. He usually asks her for advice about love.

- Jason Dolley...Newton (Newt) Livingston - one of the friends Cory made when he moved to Washington. He is the son of an important politician. He also seems to be in a band with Cory.
- Maiara Walsh...Meena Parrook - Another friend Cory made when he moved to Washington. She is also the daughter of a foreign ambassador.
- Madison Pettis...Sophie Martinez - the president's 8-year old daughter.

- In Season 1, Cory had a crush on Chelsea. This was discontinued at the start of Season 2.
- In one episode, Cory said he was 13 years old, but later, in another episode, he said that his 13th birthday was coming soon.
- Cory started going to junior high school (in the show) and he is in a different school than Raven Baxter, his sister.
- Cory started a band with his friends, Larry and William. The band is called Cory and the Boyz. Click here to see a pic of Cory and the Boyz.
- Kyle's older brother is Christopher Massey, who stars as Michael Barret in Zoey 101.
- In My Big Fat Pizza Party Cory is revealed to be a coulrophobic. It passes away near the end of the episode.
- Cory's safe appears to be red as shown in Be Prepared. In earlier episodes his safe is black an in the wall behind a painting.
