Corvo (IPA pronunciation: ['koɾvu]) is a municipality located in the Corvo Island, the smallest of the 9 islands of the Portuguese autonomous region of Azores.
It is the least populated of the Portuguese municipalities, with only 451 inhabitants.
The municipality includes the entire portion of the island of Corvo, therefore being entirely surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. The island is connected via airplane to the other Azores islands.
Generally, the inhabitants dedicate themselves to fishing, agriculture, or raising cattle.
The island has an airport, a fire station, a school, as well as hotels for tourists.
