Coronel Rosales Partido is a partido located on the southern coast of Buenos Aires Province in Argentina.

The provincial subdivision has a population of about 61,000 inhabitants in an area of 1,312km², and its capital city is Punta Alta, which is located around 650km from Buenos Aires.
