Cornwall, Prince Edward Island

Cornwall, Prince Edward Island, Canada was incorporated as a town in 1995 and has a population of 4,412 people as of the 2001 census. [1] Cornwall is located west of Charlottetown along the Trans-Canada Highway between the Confederation Bridge and the city of Charlottetown. It is comprised of the communities of North River, Elliot River, and East Wiltshire; with a view of the North River to the east and the West River to the South and West.

The town of Cornwall is home to 3 Eastern School District schools: Westwood Primary School, Eliot River Elementary, and East Wiltshire Junior High; as well as the Cornwall Business Park.

Cornwall is the 4th largest community on Prince Edward Island.
