Corner Shot Holdings, LLC is a joint U.S.-Israeli company headquartered in Miami, Florida. The company was founded to market a device known as the CornerShot to militaries and law enforcement agencies around the world. Amos Golan, Asaf Nadel, and Doron Tamir are some of the executives.

CornerShot is a special-purpose weapon designed by Corner Shot Holdings, LLC. It was invented and developed in the early 2000's by Amos Golan and Asaf Nadel. It has 4 variants, the standard, the 40 mm grenade launcher, the APR, and the derived Anti-tank. CornerShot has been sold in 15 countries. The CornerShot is a new weapon where the front of the gun can be can be adjusted to a near 90 degree angle. It is equipped with two cameras (a fisheye lens and a zoom) for the soldier to see exactly what he is aiming at. This allows the soldier to eliminate the enemy threat without risking his own life. It is also useful for clearing rooms without exposing yourself.
