The Cork Senior Hurling Club Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the Evening Echo Cork Senior Hurling Club Championship) is an annual club competition between the top Cork Clubs. The winners of the Cork Championship qualify to represent their county in the Munster Club Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship. The current senior hurling champions of Cork are Erin's Own who defeated Cloyne by a scoreline of 2-19 to 3-14.

Sixteen teams and six divisional teams contest the Cork County Championship. These teams are:
- Imokilly (East Cork): Bride Rovers, Castlelyons, Cloyne, Erins Own, Killeagh, Midleton, Sarsfields, St.Catherines.
- Seandún (Cork City): Bishopstown, Blackrock, Douglas, Glen Rovers, Na Piarsaigh, St. Finbarr's.
- Avondhu (North Cork): Newtownshandrum
- Carrigdhoun (South-East Cork): Ballinhassig

The first Cork Hurling Championship took place in 1887 when Tower St. were crowned the first Cork County Champions. There was no championship played in 1905 and 1921. Blackrock have the most titles - 32 in all as of 2006.
