Corey Dominique Smith (born on October 2, 1979 in Richmond, Virginia) is a linebacker in the NFL. He played college football at North Carolina State University. As of 2005, he plays for the San Francisco 49ers. He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2002 by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
