Coral Springs High School is located in Coral Springs, Florida. It is a part of the Broward School District. The school has a population of 2459 [1] as of November 2006. The principal as of 2006 is Anne Lynch.
The school is known for its annual football games against J.P. Taravella High School, known as the Mayor's Cup, and the Pig Bowl against Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, where the losing school's principal must kiss a pig.
Also, area bands use to come out to use the football field as a small concert venue to showcase their music. This is where New Found Glory performed their first real live show.
Coral Springs High School also hosts the annual Florida high school track meet.
