H.H. John VIII is missing. He should be before John IX according to The English Katamarous published by St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Troy, Michigan USA.

There are a number of differences between dates depending on source. For now I have left them as they are except for adding H.H. John VIII and correcting the dates in accordance with The English Katamarous.
