Copper Triangle

The Copper Triangle is a region of South Australia, approximately bounded by the towns, Wallaroo, Kadina and Moonta on Yorke Peninsula. The area is so named because copper was mined from there in the late 1800s and early 1900s, a significant source of economic prosperity for South Australia at the time.
