Copella

Copella is a British fruit juice company based in Boxford, Suffolk. Founded by Devora Peake in 1930's she was inspired by her fathers orange and almond groves in Israel.

The name Copella comes from the first letters of Cox's Orange Pippins, one of the main varieties of apples used in the juice, and the last part of Devora Peake's youngest daughters name – CarmELLA.

The company sells 100% pure pressed apple juice and apple juice blends.

The company was bought by Tropicana in 1998 and as a result of Tropicana's purchase by Pepsico in 1999 Copella is now part of Pepsico
