COPI
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In cell biology COPI vesicles are retrograde transport vesicles. COPI is a large cytosolic protein comoplex that forms a coat around vesicles budding from the Golgi. They transport proteins from the cis-Golgi vesicles to the trans-Golgi vesicles and to the rough endoplasmic reticulum.
