Contact the blocking admin.
If you believe you were wrongly blocked and want to do something about it right now, your first step should be to contact the blocking admin, especially if you believe that the block was due to a mistake or misunderstanding. Go to the user page for the admin you need to contact, and choose "Email this user" from the toolbox on the left-hand side of the page.
You may appeal.
If you have contacted the blocking admin and haven't been able to work things out, you may appeal the block if you believe the block is unfair. However, in most cases the block will expire before your appeal is addressed.
If you're editing from a school, the school administration may be able to help.
Some blocks affect everyone who is editing from an entire school. School administrators are frequently able to deal with inappropriate use of Wikipedia through enforcement of existing school policies. Once this is done, a school-wide block can be removed upon request from the school administration (if it has not expired on its own).
