Problem

There is a problem with an article about my enterprise or one I represent.

Solution

Contact us via e-mail.

Correspondence will be answered by a small group of volunteers.
  • Email address below, but please first read the following paragraphs.
  • Please copy and paste the exact URL of the article that you're discussing into the email; this is shown by your web browser as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... We have millions of articles and cannot guess the one you mean.
  • Please be specific and to the point about the problem: cite what you think is wrong and the reasons you think it is wrong.
  • Please note that Wikipedia has no editorial board. The volunteers that will process or answer your email most probably have never heard about your company and never intervened in the article you are interested in. Whatever was written in the article is not the result of a choice from the Wikimedia Foundation.
  • If you have a spam filter, please be sure it is set so that you can receive our reply.
  • We will not phone you back even if you request so. Please state your concerns directly in your email. The emails sent to our contact address are never made public unless requested by the sender.
  • Please do not send email to other addresses. This will only delay the processing of your request as emails have to be re-routed to the appropriate people.
  • Legal threats may result in delays; requests containing legal threats may be forwarded to our legal staff, which will significantly delay processing.
  • Due to privacy concerns, we will not reveal information such as the IP addresses of users with accounts at Wikipedia, except when mandated by law. Wikipedia is hosted in Florida, USA.
