Appears from no-where, in various internet games and sites across the net. He is not famous, nor is he great. He just is. He is Psychological Manipulater, and is often able to fabricate major events and is often the unknown chaos factor in many online gaming events, such as wars and major disputes. He is mostly active in Nationstates where he has claimed credit for fabricating over three hundred wars, causing the downfall of fifty two dictators or regional leaders, several civil wars and many more other things. He is adept at making people do the unexpected, and is widely hated.

Conrad Kruschev was born in Russia, but at the age of 5 emmigrated with his family to England, where he has and worked since. He cannot fluently speak or read Russian, due to the young age of his departure, and the fact that both his parents usually used English anyway. He went through school a grade A student in almost everything and took an advanced course in psychology. His intense study of the human mind has brought him a certain amount of wealth, and his influence on various internet games is far more vast than anyone would suspect.

He is a master at fabricating events and creating paranoia, and has done so numerously. An excellent example was of the Nationstates player Carops, who is still convinced that there is a conspiracy to spy on his region. Conrad however usually takes a back seat, and often appears uninvolved entirely, for example the defence of Forgotten Realms the first time it was invaded was fabricated by himself.

He usually uses his abilities to do good, and has now up rooted and unearthed many oppresive people and leaders. His work to try and make what he calls "His Patch" more just is ever continuing, however after recently being caught for in-game UN violations he has had to return to his psycological skill more than ever. He enforces harsh law on violaters of "his law" while on "his patch", ranging from anti-advertising to inducing in-game insecurities.

He is noted for saying, "I hate what I have to do, and I accept that people don't like feeling paranoid, but if they are bullying my friends or being nasty then I report them and do my stuff." He has repeatedly denied that he has attempted to control the NS Mods, and that he is the smae person as a one South Cadia.

Conrad is not a famous movie maker, but has so far made three, two in a series of movies fighting against poverty and the bad things in the world. He has had them hosted on Google Video and is currently making the third film in his series as well as developing a new series of films called Crappy Camera.
