I'd like to know the source for the name 'Irene' for the daughter of Constantine IX. This Monomachina is buried at the Kiev Pechersk Lavra, and on her tomb her name is given as 'Anastasia'. Missi 05:10, 7 August 2005 (UTC)

- It was a family name...probably some ancestor single-handedly killed a bunch of people in battle, or something like that. Adam Bishop 15:56, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
